About You

Your role will be to support the learning and physical development of a pupil with additional needs alongside and in consultation with other school staff.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and nurturing Teaching Assistant.

  • work alongside outside agencies to deliver specific programmes of work

 

Do you have :  

  • good behaviour management including the skills to deal confidently with challenging behaviour
  • Experience of using Makaton and/or delivering speech and language programmes
  • ability to work in a team
  • ability to work 1:1 and in small groups
  • Experience of teaching Read Write Inc phonic programme
