About You
Your role will be to support the learning and physical development of a pupil with additional needs alongside and in consultation with other school staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and nurturing Teaching Assistant.

- work alongside outside agencies to deliver specific programmes of work
Do you have :
- good behaviour management including the skills to deal confidently with challenging behaviour
- Experience of using Makaton and/or delivering speech and language programmes
- ability to work in a team
- ability to work 1:1 and in small groups

Experience of teaching Read Write Inc phonic programme
