Fees

Residential Charges

The following charges will apply to any searches which relate to an individual residential property, along with its associated garden and allocated parking space/s:

• Certificate LLC1: £49.00 (VAT exempt)
• CON29R: £151.00
• LLC1 and CON29R: £200.00
• Each CON29O: £34.00
• Each additional enquiry: £50.00
• Parcel fee LLC1 and CON29: £25.00
• Parcel fee LLC1: £8.40

A maximum of 10 parcels will be accepted per search request.

Commercial Charges

The following charges will apply to any searches which relate to non-residential properties or land; for example fields, farmland, shops and offices:

• Certificate LLC1: £75.00 (VAT exempt)
• CON29R: £191.00
• LLC1 and CON29R: £266.00
• Each CON29O: £34.00
• Each additional enquiry: £50.00
• Parcel fee LLC1 and CON29: £25.00
• Parcel fee LLC1: £8.40

A maximum of 10 parcels will be accepted per search request.
