Applying for your first bus pass

If you have not had a bus pass before select apply for your bus pass online in the links below.

Renew a bus pass issued by Wokingham Borough Council

If your bus pass is about to expire, we accept renewal applications from 30 days before your pass expires. You may renew your bus pass only if it was issued by Wokingham Borough Council. Select apply for a bus pass.

Replacement buss pass

If you lose your bus pass you will need to pay for a replacement card. You can call 0118 975 6000 to make the payment. You can also pay at the self-service machine at our Shute End offices. The current fee is £13.50.

Renew a bus pass issued by another council

If your bus pass was issued by another council and you now live in Wokingham Borough, you must apply for a new bus pass. Select apply for a bus pass, but please do not select the renewal option on the next page.

Track the progress of your application or make amendments

If you have already applied for a bus pass and want to:
