If you wish to challenge the PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) do not pay it.

To challenge a  penalty charge notice (PCN) apply online or in writing within 14 days.

All cases will be considered on their individual circumstances. Please quote the PCN number, vehicle registration and your full postal address in all correspondence

 If we cancel it, you have nothing to pay. If we do not cancel it, you can either pay the penalty or wait for the issue of the Notice to Owner.

If you challenge within 14 days and we reject it, we will usually extend the 50 percent discounted rate for a further 14 days.

If the PCN penalty charge notice was sent through the post, follow the instructions on the postal PCN or Notice to Owner letter to make a representation. Or give representation on the Parking website. A PCN parking fine sent through the post should be sent within 28 days of the date of the alleged contravention.
