Mental Health Support Team (MHST) for children and young people

The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) is provided by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The team works with schools across Berkshire to promote positive mental wellbeing and to support children and young people in school or college who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

In Wokingham, the team operates in selected schools, including support for:

• Pupils on the roll of the Virtual School for Children
• Looked after children
• Young people not in education, employment or training (NEET)
