Support and information from the NHS
NHS mental health information and support services, include:
- Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) offers support for young people and their families who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties
- Mental Health Support Team supports children and young people with emerging, mild or moderate mental health difficulties
- The CAMHS Getting Help Service supports children and young people aged 5 to 18, and their families, who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- NHS Talking therapies supports adults aged 18+ with space to talk and practical tools for when life feels overwhelming.
- School nursing service supports the health and wellbeing of school-aged children and young people including those who are home educated.
Support for children and young people with a learning disability and/or autism
