Parents and cares of children and young people attending an education setting are initially recommended to discuss support options with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Co-ordinator (SENDCo) or school mental health lead.

Behavioural issues
For support relating to behavioural challenges:
- Discuss with the Family Support Worker or Pastoral staff at the school setting
- Family Intervention Resources and Support Team (FIRST)
- Request support from our family support service
