Use the online form below to accept or decline the offer of an infant or primary F2 reception place for September 2024.

Make sure you complete this form by the date indicated in the email or letter. If you don't your child's school place could be withdrawn:

If you are declining a place, because you've made alternative arrangements to educate your child, please provide the name of the school:

It is the duty of your home local authority to ensure that your child received an education. If you are making alternative arrangements for your child you must inform us.
To ensure your child has a school place for September 2024, it is recommended that you accept this offer. If you are appealing for an alternative school, the appeal process will not be affected by accepting this school place offer.
Please discuss further with the Headteacher if you wish to accept a place on a part-time basis and later wish to change to full-time or to discuss what part-time options may be available.
