Tu Vida are commissioned by Wokingham Borough Council to deliver our young carers service and collect data such as how many young carers assessments they have completed.

*definition of a young carer: A young carer is someone under 18 who helps look after someone in their family, or a friend, who is ill, disabled or misuses drugs or alcohol.
