a) Please state the current number of full-time staff who have adjustments in place allowing them to work from home on a permanent basis.
b) Please state the current number of full-time staff who have adjustments in place requiring attendance in person once a month or less.
c) Please provide a subset of the numbers in a and b, where these staff are based in your London offices.
We do not contract anyone, nor have we provided anyone with reasonable adjustments that allows people to work from home on a permanent basis. All staff are required to attend the office when requested to do so, be this daily, weekly or monthly.

2. Please state the current total number of staff who have not attended the office for the following periods:
a) 6 months or more
b) 12 months or more
c) 24 months or more
This would take a significant time to produce as we would have to manually check every person’s records.(Section 12) We do not have any issues with people not attending though as per Q1.

3. Please state the number of formal disciplinary actions issued to staff members found not to have met required attendance levels (or where this is the primary reason) in the following financial years.
a) 23/23
b) 24/25
c) 25/26
Zero to all, we as we do not have issues with any staff not attending our offices.

4. Please state the number of staff who have been dismissed for not meeting required attendance levels (or where this is the primary reason) in the following financial years.
