We do not have smoke control areas in the Wokingham Borough Council area so have not taken any enforcement action regarding breaches
3. Please provide a copy of any guidance issued internally to council officers regarding the enforcement of alleged breaches of smoke control area rules.
None of our procedures relate to the enforcement of smoke control areas as we do not have any, we will investigate issues of smoke under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
4. Please provide a copy of any reports or guidance produced by your council relating to the local implementation of the Air Quality (Domestic Solid Fuels Standards) (England) Regulations 2020 from 1 May 2021.
There are currently no reports concerning local implementation of the Air Quality (Domestic Solid Fuels Standards) (England) Regulations 2020 from 1 May 2021.
