1. Could you please provide me with the April 2021 Spend / Transparency data as it does not appear to be published online.
The Council is applying section 21 and 22 exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act. We are working to get back on track and publish the information within the timescales defined in the Transparency Code. The Council have had to prioritise Covid workloads, and the end of financial year work so the past 12-18months there has been a delay in publishing this data. We are looking to return to normal publication from the next quarter onwards.
