Please provide answers to the following:
1. The number of residential properties in your housing stock with 'common parts', as defined by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (those requiring risk assessment)
Currently 98.

2. The number of residents of these blocks who have a disability which would hinder their ability to escape during an emergency
We do not hold information directly around all residents and disabilities. Residents are allocated housing based on need and therefore if they had a disability which stopped them being able to escape they would not be placed higher than a ground floor where there is not a lift. Should there need and mobility change they would be expected to apply for a transfer to accommodation which better suits their needs.

Wokingham Borough Council have no accommodation which is classed as high rise residential buildings.

3. The number of 'personal emergency evacuation plans' prepared for the residents recorded in the answer the (2)
We do not hold personal emergency evacuation plans (Peeps) in our blocks we have a agreed stay put policy in place. Measured in place to advise the local fire service where people who need support. These are held at both electronically and paper form on site.

4. Your current policy on the identification of disabled residents in your multi-occupancy buildings and the preparation of PEEPs
We complete tenancy audits and assessments at sign ups and in our sheltered Housing/ Extra care we have Support plans across all of our residents and where identified a person centric fire assessment is completed. There is an expectation that a resident will advise us for a change in there needs if there is a requirement for a person centric fire assessment is completed.
