2. For each of the financial years 20/21, 21/22 and 22/23 (to date), please confirm the number of VOIDs for each of the above periods
• 2020/21: 153
• 2021/22: 139
• 2022/23 (to Sept): 46

3. For each of the financial years, 20/21, 21/22 and 22/23 (to date): what was the average cost?
We have given an approx. figure which include both capital and revenue costs
• 2020/21: £8.2k
• 2021/22: £12k
• 2022/23 (to Sept): £16.5k

4. Please can you provide a structure of your current VOID Setup? This can be provided in the form of a process map.
