3. The start date of the current contract for this system.

4. The expiry date of the current contract (or the next renewal/break date, if applicable).

5. The job title and/or team responsible for managing and operating this system. If possible, please also provide the name of the senior responsible officer (e.g. Head of Service or equivalent).

If the UTC or RMS software is provided as part of a traffic signals maintenance contract, please provide the answers for points 1-5 above for this contract instead.
