a) The number of representations and complaints received under the Children Act 1989 statutory procedure from looked after children living in unregulated accommodation between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2020.

b) Of these, how many children received assistance from an independent advocate
Not applicable.

2. Numbers of NEET 16 and 17-year-olds placed in unregulated accommodation between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2020
We do not report on this and therefore we would have to manually go through the case files which would exceed the appropriate limit of the Act under Section 12.

3. Number of young people referred to mental health services that were placed in unregulated accommodation between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2020
