1. Do you collect data on children in new migrant* families arrived in your area?
a) Do you collect data on the gender of these children?

* the term migrant refers to families or children who recently moved to the UK from a foreign country so that the UK effectively becomes their new country of usual residence. They can have different migration status in the UK (refugees, asylum-seekers, regular migrants on work or family visas, undocumented migrants). This is based on the definition used by the Office of National Statistics: “a person who moves to a country other than that of his or her usual residence for a period of at least a year (12 months), so that the country of destination effectively becomes his or her new country of usual residence”. In this FOI request, I am interested in migrants who recently arrived in your area.
