As we become more and more built up, there is more and more traffic, and more and more noise caused by the tyres of these vehicles on the road surface

2. Please provide me with the tech spec of surface dressings you have applied over the last 5 years and which roads they've been applied to across Wokingham (I assume these records exist from tender documents and invoices).
Details as far as available are provided in the attached Excel table. Please note that no technical specifications for surface dressing are available for financial year 2017-18. No surface dressing was carried out in financial year 2016-17.
