1. I am writing to enquire about spatial data of Tree Preservation Orders within your council. As such, we require spatial data of Tree Preservation Orders within your council for producing an Environmental Management Plan. Although they can be viewed on your Tree Protection Web Map, there doesn't seem to be an option to download the spatial data itself. Could you please advise if the data are available in any form and if we require permission to use the data for the aforementioned purpose?
