1. Please provide all and any documents including but not limited to letters, emails, notes and minutes related to the making of Tree Preservation Order number 1923/2022. Please include submissions from the public requesting such orders.

Please see the correspondence which amounts to the TPO served and the letter to local councillors informing them of the serving of the Notice.

The only other written records we have on this is the note in the TPO prioritisation meeting which was held on 7th December 2022 with the Trees and Landscape Team Manager (CH), the Senior Tree Officer (KN), and the Tree Officer in attendance. The note, taken by the Tree Officer says:

‘Cape Farewell Wargrave – [Text removed as it will identify an individual and Section 40 of the FOI Act applies] - willows impacted by development of bridge. Willows, Sycamore, Lime impacted by development pre app 202019 refers. CH and KN do on as many on site as will be impacted by the works’.
