1. A Tree Preservation Order (TPO) was put on Willow Tree House, Brookers Hill, Shinfield RG2 9BX. I will be grateful to know the details of the person or organisation who applied for this TPO on this land.
This was submitted by an individual and we are not able to divulge personal details under Section 40 of the Act: Personal Information. Any individual can submit an application for a TPO on a tree, and the Council will consider the application - it does not have to be the landowner who submits this. Section 40 is an absolute exemption so there is no Public Interest Test to consider.
