1. Please provide details of all third-party software licences purchased, held, or used by Wokingham Borough Council for the financial years 2022/23, 2023/24, and the current financial year to date (2024/25). For each licence, please include:
a) Software/product name (e.g., DocuSign, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
b) Supplier/vendor name.
c) Purpose/function of the software.
d) Annual cost (or total cost if purchased outright).
e) Contract start and end dates.
If possible, please provide the information in spreadsheet format (CSV or Excel).
This request covers all third-party software licences, including but not limited to:
• Document e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
• Productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft, Google Workspace, Zoom).
• Specialist line-of-business applications used by council departments (SAP Concur, Oracle, Salesforce).
If part of this information is exempt from disclosure, please provide the remainder of the dataset with the exempted portions clearly marked.
