Within the last 12 months we have undertaken a full accessibility audit, by an external agency, against the WCAG Guidelines 2.1 AA and we are currently working on improvement plan to ensure areas of non-compliance are investigated further and adjustments made where necessary. We have also employed a new Senior UX/UI specialist who has considerable experience in online accessibility. Website team staff also regularly assess the site using a variety of tools and recently undertook additional training relating to the WCAG guidelines.
