Follow on from request WBCIR:20118

I would appreciate clarification regarding your statement that Thames Valley Business Park is not managed by Wokingham Borough Council, and that “their parking areas are not controlled by Wokingham Borough Council,” resulting in a “nil” return for issued PCNs.

For accuracy and transparency, could you please confirm:
1. The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) paid to Wokingham Borough Council for parking violations at Thames Valley Business Park issued on Saturdays, over January 2025 to June 2025.
Wokingham Borough Council do not enforce within Thames Valley Business Park.

Wokingham Borough Council do however enforce restrictions on the public highway on the approach to the business park along Thames Valley Park Drive. Restrictions enforced by Wokingham Borough Council are shown on the plan in the attached file.

a) Number of PCNs paid to Wokingham Borough Council for parking violations at Thames Valley Business Park issued on a Saturday per month.
