1. I am interest for the evidence that Wokingham Borough Council should be in position of for the testing of the planings prior to use in the form of waste transfer certs demonstrating the testing and results prior to or at the point of receiving the planings
Wokingham Borough Council re-use a small proportion of planings that come from its road resurfacing schemes within the Borough. Wokingham Borough Council use an independent highway laboratory to take representative core samples of the existing road material on all the roads that are resurfaced, these are then tested for PAH concentrations by way of PAK Marking test to ensure that the PAH is within the specified tolerance for reuse.
