Expenditure:
1. Please confirm the total amount spent by the council on temporary accommodation placements within the private rented sector during the most recent full financial year.
Zero – we do not currently use private sector AST tenancies for temporary accommodation.

Void Properties (Temporary Accommodation):
2. Please confirm the current number of void (unoccupied) properties that the council has within its temporary accommodation portfolio.
As of 11th December 2025, there are currently 14 void properties that the council has within its current temporary accommodation portfolio.

Subsidy Loss:
3. Please provide the total subsidy loss related to temporary accommodation for the most recent full financial year.
The total subsidy loss related to temporary accommodation for the most recent full financial year (2024/25) was £19,935.

Families Awaiting Placement:

4. Please state the current number of families awaiting suitable temporary accommodation.
