Standard Service charge for 25/26 was:

• Equinox Living: £ 291560.26 private sector lease for one temporary accommodation site consisting of 24 flats, in continuous occupation and exclusive use for the Council
• Ghatahora Properties: £78,930 for emergency accommodation placements on a nightly let basis, 20 placements in total
• Abel Living LTD: £54, 370 for emergency accommodation placements on a nightly let basis, 25 placements in total
