I am writing to make a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

1. I am seeking copies of any highway design information held by Wokingham Borough Council relating to Sutton Seeds Roundabout, specifically the A3290 northbound approach to the roundabout and the A4 London Road exit. This request relates to the design of lane allocation and road markings at the roundabout. I would be be grateful if you could provide copies of any of the following documents that are held:
• General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
• Appendix 1 – Concept Design Drawings
• Detailed Design Drawings
• Road Marking Layout Drawings
• Lane Arrow Layout Drawings
• Traffic Signal Layout Drawings
• Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Plans and associated drawings
• Road Safety Audit reports (Stage 1, 2, 3 or 4), where available
• Any drawings or documents showing the intended lane allocation, lane discipline, lane continuity and permitted movements for vehicles approaching Sutton Seeds Roundabout from the A3290 northbound carriageway and exiting onto A4 London Road.
If any of the above documents are not held, I would be grateful if you could confirm this and provide any alternative documents that contain the same information.

Wokingham Borough Council has conducted a search of its records with respect to the Sutton Seeds Roundabout, specifically the A3290 northbound approach to the roundabout and the A4 London Road exit. The attached PDF, showing the current layout, is the only drawing that we have been able to identify.
