1. Could the council confirm whether it has suspended a housing benefit claim from a given supported housing provider specifically over concerns regarding the service it has provided over the last three months?
We have been advised by our Benefits manager, to the best of their knowledge no Housing Benefit claim has been suspended in the last 3 months due to concerns regarding the services being provided by the supported housing provider.
