1. How much money had been spent on subsidence repairs per year for the last ten years?
We are unable to provide for all of the years required, as this is not currently data we hold separately as subsidence repairs is a rare occurrence. To provide this data in full would take considerably more time than the 18hours required for a response as at least one member of staff would be required to go through all invoices held for all of them years/time period. As you will appreciate, this is a very large number of invoices per month, let alone year or multiple years.

However, WBC Housing service are able to provide one property example of subsidence related repairs that have spanned a number of years from 2018 to 2021. This is in relation to a three bed house in Shinfield and has cost £12770.32 since November 2018 directly relating to the subsidence repairs.
