Value of current contract is £200,000 per annum (has been in place since 2019). Prior to this there was a spot contract in place.

6. How does the Local Authority assess the level of need for statutory advocacy services?
This would happen when a worker begins gathering information from an individual and the need is identified, this could be by different staff members and in different settings/scenarios.
