Follow on request from WBCIR:20282 and WBCIR:21410
Further to my requests above, As the information received in both responses have not answered the information I’m requiring, both of which are inaccurate, WBCIR 20282 for reasons already advised, WBCIR 21410 because its almost impossible to have Speeds recoded identical in both directions, the equipment must have been faulty or part broken,

1. May I make a request for the Speeds recorded that gave the result of the average speeds, for the two already mentioned above, and an earlier recording prior to the 19th of June, once again the actual speeds recorded, not the average.
Please see the attached data. We only have access to average speed data, as this particular traffic survey was designed to assess vehicle volumes across rather than individual speeds.
We’ve included a breakdown of the average speeds recorded before and during the Regatta, for both eastbound and westbound traffic over the bridge.
The data is presented hourly across each day.
