1. As part of the PAN Area licences investigation, we would like to request information relating to in channel infrastructure. Do you have any knowledge of the following, or could direct me to the relevant team:
• Plans for future infrastructure up to 2030: To our knowledge, The LLFA is not aware of any plans for the installation of new channel infrastructure to be installed between now and 2030.
• Previous infrastructure e.g. weirs that have been removed: The Council does not have any records of previous channel infrastructure for the relevant area. We keep existing records of current infrastructure.
