Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information regarding your software contracts:

1. The name of the software supplier(s) currently used for:
a) Financial systems (ERP/accounting)
b) Human Resources / Payroll
c) The contract start and end dates for each of the above systems.
d) The annual or total contract value (if available).
e) The current contract’s renewal or extension date, or when you plan to re-tender.
f) The name and email/contact details of the responsible officer or department for each software area, if available.
