I am looking to get access to the following data with regards to RAS (Research Allocation System) scores:

1. When working out how much service-users get to meet their social care and support needs, what is the value of each RAS point in pounds? (£)
Our Adult Social Care department have stated that we do not use a resource allocation system to allocate funds to clients, this is looked at and agreed depending on the assessed Care Act eligible need on a case by case basis.
