1. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following:
• Any summary of the scheme’s objectives (e.g. congestion, journey times, safety)
• Pre- and post-implementation data on:
• Traffic flows and/or congestion (queue lengths, delays, or journey times if available)
• Collision data by severity (at least 3 years before and after, if held)
• Any post-implementation review or monitoring report assessing performance
• A brief statement (if available) on whether the scheme is considered successful, including any key issues or lessons learned
• Total scheme cost and year of completion
If full datasets are not available, summary reports or internal briefing notes would be sufficient.
We do not hold this information. This scheme was implemented pre- 1998 by Berkshire District Council. Any records of the nature requested would have been destroyed given the time period and change in local authority, so we are unable to answer this request.
