I am looking to please get details on the number of school pupils who have been expelled or suspended for sexual misconduct in your local education authority area over a five year period.

1. I would like this data to include the offence, the year group of the offending pupil and the punishment and I would like this data to include and be broken down into the following school years:

a) September 2015 to July 2016
b) September 2016 to July 2017
c) September 2017 to July 2018
d) September 2018 to July 2019
e) September 2019 to July 2020

See attached file. Not all schools in the Borough provide this data, and therefore we don't have records for them. We have provided what we hold, but advise that you may wish to look at the DfE published information, or also seek the information from the schools as they are a separate entity for the purposes of FOI Act.
