Our request for information regarding your services for survivors of domestic violence and abuse is as follows:
1. Please answer the questions below with information about the all the domestic abuse contracts your local authority commissions.
a) What services do you commission for survivors of domestic abuse? e.g. Michaela House refuge for survivors of domestic abuse
The commissioned service includes a helpline, outreach, group based support and support for children and young people. A refuge for female victims is also commissioned under a separate contract.
b) Which organisation/s currently holds this contract? e.g. Avon Valley Domestic Abuse Service
Cranstoun (for main commissioned service) BWA (Berkshire Womens Aid) for refuge provision

2. Please answer the questions below with information about the domestic abuse contracts your local authority commissions to run refuge and/or safe accommodation for survivors of domestic abuse in your area.
a) Which organisation/s currently do you currently contract to run refuge and/or safe accommodation in your area? e.g. Avon Valley Domestic Abuse Service
BWA are contracted to run the refuge in our area.
b) When did the current contract for this commissioned service start? (Month/Year) e.g. March 2019
The contract to deliver support in the refuge started April 2022
