1. Under the Freedom of Information Act, please supply the following information, with regard to Services and Facilities provided by your authority
The numbers of Recorded Incidents where Complaints have been made, where a Transgender Woman (ref's C and D) with a Gender Recognition Certificate or the Protected Characteristic of Gender Reassignment - i.e. a Transgender (Trans) Woman - has entered or used Services nominally for the use of Women;
a) Toilets for the use of the public, within Public Buildings (other than dwellings)
b) Staff and visitor Toilets or
c) Changing Rooms/Facilities within; Public Buildings (other than dwellings).
Please provide the information for the calendar year 2025
