1. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we request any updated, newly created, or amended information relating to deceased individuals within your jurisdiction who were confirmed as having no known next of kin, as well as those whose next-of-kin status was not confirmed. This request covers information created or recorded from the cut-off point used in the authority’s most recent disclosure on this subject, where such a disclosure may have been made, up to the date this request is processed, rather than the date on which it is logged.
This request does not seek information identical to that previously requested or disclosed. It is confined to information that has been created, amended, or otherwise was not held at the time of the authority’s most recent response, including any subsequent policy or procedural changes relating to earlier FOI requests on this matter.
It is acknowledged that records and any relevant policies or procedures may be revised over time in response to legal, organisational, or operational developments, or as additional information becomes available. Accordingly, this request is made in accordance with Section 14(2) of the Act.
We ideally require the following information broken down into individual records of the deceased:
• Name
• Date of birth
• Date of death
• The last known post code, area or full address
