1. For 2020/2021 - The number of safeguarding concerns raised by referring organisation (See below) and the number of those referrals that progressed to a section 42 enquiry, gain by referring organisation.

• Non NHS Hospital Setting
• NHS Ambulance service
• Care Home provider
• Domiciliary Care Provider
• Your own staff i.e. Social Workers, Occupational Therapist etc
• GP services
We do not have data that fits exactly into the referring organisation categories prescribed, but we have provided a breakdown according to the categories we do use.
