This information is exempt under FOI, this information is available by Local Land Charges and Highway Searches under EIR. We are applying Section 21 exemption (Information accessible by other means).

The Council charges for information requested under the Environmental Information Regulations - we will be reviewing the EIR fees across the Council more in depth for the next financial year.
