Data for 2019 or 2020
1. The number of applicants to each secondary school in Wokingham Borough, the number of places to each secondary school in the Borough and the number of children who are successful in their first choice preference or any other similar data regarding number of students in schools in the borough. Or anything that would help me to manipulate into this data.
Attach are the allocation spreadsheets that were available publicly for the September 2019 intake. The total number across the Borough of first preferences who were allocated was 84.45%.
• Bohunt, Wokingham 62.20% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Maiden Erlegh School 62.19% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Oakbank School 71.54% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• St Crispins School 77.45% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Bulmershe School 81.98% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Emmbrook School 94.64% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Forest School 98.36% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Holt School 75.40% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Piggott School 72.66% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
• Waingels College 100% of those who expressed the school as a first preference were allocated.
The 2020 data is on our website under Allocations 2020 to 2021 on the following link. 86.77% were allocated their first preference, broken down as:
