Emmbrook School Route E3 Transport Costs (Last 4 Years)

Please provide the following information for Route E3 (operated by Horseman Coaches, Emmbrook School) for each year from 2021/22 to 2024/25:
1. Total annual cost to the council for contracting the service.

2. Number of pupils transported, broken down into:
• Non–fare-paying (eligible) users.
• Fare-paying users (and total fare revenue recouped from them).
The system we use “Routewise” only holds data for the current academic year. Each September we roll the system over for the new academic year and this replaces that for the previous year. We do not hold accurate records for splits between fare pays and eligible students for past years. It should also be noted that the split does change throughout the year as fare payers join and leave routes.

In May 25, the number of eligible students on E3 was 10 and the number of fare payers was 43. We do not break income down by route on our finance files. However, we can confirm the fare payer rate for 24/25 was £950 per student for a full academic year.

3. Any available details of the contract (e.g., contract start/end dates, annual contract value).
