In respect of subsidence damage to ## Ryhill Way, Lower Earley, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 4AZ (the “Property”) caused by the vegetation under your maintenance and control as below:

• T1 Oak tree – Height 20m, Distance 15m away from the Property, located on the west side of the Property as viewed from Ryhill Way
• H2 Mixed Species shrubs – Height 1.5m to 2m, Distance 1m away from the Property, located on the west side of the Property as viewed from Ryhill Way

We would appreciate if you could provide the following information and/or documents:

1. Details of any prior claims, complaints or reports of subsidence within 2 miles of the Property between 2010 and 2020;
2. Any maintenance records or works undertaken by or on behalf of the Council to the identified vegetation between 2010 and 2020;
3. Details of any tree surveys, inspections or assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Council in relation to the identified vegetation between 2010 and 2020.

We are unable to obtain any more specific detail as these inspections were carried out prior to our tree asset management system being in place. Our tree asset management system now allows us to maintain and check more specific inspection data.
