1. Please provide a list of all urgent permits granted in the Woodford / Church Road corridor in the last 12 months, including the date each permit was requested, its start and end date, and whether it was classified as emergency or urgent. A timeline or plot showing how these permits overlap with each other and with planned works in the corridor would be helpful to assess cumulative disruption.
Please find attached pdf document containing the data requested by the customer. The ‘actual start date’ column is sorted by date oldest to newest. Unfortunately, I have been unable to produce the timeline document that the customer has requested (despite trying) as this is not something we hold as standard. It is important to note that there may well be overlaps in dates, so I have included the traffic management type to indicate that this may not necessarily result in disruption.
