1. Date a request from Bovis was received to close this right of way.
2. Dates and names of local publications in which the council promulgated the closure.
3. The detailed plan provided by the applicants showing the route of the proposed diversion and associated signing.
4. Action the council has taken to ensure that the applicant complied with ALL the legal requirements according to current regulations

Clarification has been sought to confirm the Right of Way mentioned in the request. No response has been received from the applicant so we are withdrawing and closing the request.
