1. I am requesting a list of all residential blocks of flats that are owned by the council, including the full postal address of each block. Within each block of flats, I would like the council to identify how many flats exist in total within the building, how many are held on long leaseholds and how many are tenanted by the council.
Please see attached. It would exceed the appropriate limit to provide more information as we would manually have to look through our records. This is due to the current way in which the housing service holds our data which will take too long to acquire in the format asked, but we are aware that we are looking at better systems to hold and extract this data from in the future. In total we have 184 leaseholders in our council owned blocks. The table gives the total number of flats and therefore tenancies. It will be too time consuming to work out the number of tenants, as this would have to be manually reviewed because a tenancy might have more that one tenant.
