8. Are there any barriers to providing funding to fulfil your statutory duties in relation to SACRE and/or the Agreed Syllabus Conference that you want to tell us about?
No barriers.
9. Is there anything else you want to tell us?
SACRE members are proud of the work of the Wokingham SACRE. Through the SACRE, much high quality support is provided to schools. In order to fulfil the SACRE’s action plan and put into place support for schools, the SACRE relies - in addition to the RE advisor - on support from an LA officer, whose time the SACRE does not pay for, as well as from an officer to fulfil the clerking requirements, and to communicate with teachers.
