1. How many members of staff in your organisation were demoted within/per these age groups:
a) 18-30: 0 demotions
b) 31-49: 0 demotions
c) 50-59: 0 demotions
d) 60-70: 0 demotions

Between 01/04/2023 and 30/09/2024, there have been no demotions of staff.

2. How many members of staff in your organisation were made redundant within/per these age groups:
a) 18-30: 0 redundancies
b) 31-49: 8 redundancies
c) 50-59: 5 redundancies
d) 60-70: 8 redundancies

Between 01/04/2023 and 30/09/2024, there were 21 actual redundancies. Data provided at age as of redundancy date.

3. And of these, how many appealed (just a number per question/age group) the change in employment.
Between 01/04/2023 and 30/09/2024 there were nil appeals.
